Apply to Open an Account

1. Please read our Terms and Conditions and Fees and Charges by clicking on the links at the bottom of the page.

2. Download, print and complete the application. You will need to print all 15 pages and it must be completed by hand, signed in ink and returned by post with any other required documentation.  

3. Check you have all the required documentation before returning it to us. The address for returning your application and documents to us is on the front page of the application form. Further items for you to consider are listed below.

1. Certified identification and proof of address documents for all applicants must be provided. You can view the Indentification Requirements through the link on the right of this page. Please request your certifier to use our form of certification document which is on page 15 of the application form.

2. If you reside in or are moving to a European Union Member State please read the information on the European Union Savings Tax Directive (EUSTD) available via the link on the right hand side of this page.  

IMPORTANT: Please keep us informed of any change to your contact details i.e. address, phone numbers or email address so we can keep in touch while your application is being processed. We will acknowledge receipt of your application and will let you know if we require any further information or documentation to open your account.
