What is the personal account opening process and timescales?

Clients, employees or contractors can apply:

  • By downloading an application form or by completing a manual application form which can be provided to you.
  • For more convenient and cost-effective banking we suggest your clients also register online for our Internet Banking service via the apply section.

Provided all information and documents received are acceptable and in order, we aim to complete the personal account opening process within 3 working days.

What documentation and information is required to open an account?

To ensure that an account is opened in a timely manner, we must stress the importance of forwarding all relevant identification documents as follows:

  • Signed hard copy of the application form
  • Certified copies of all parties' passports
  • Proof of residential address for all parties
  • Source of funds documentation may also be required

Who can certify documents?

What are your fees and charges?

Your clients, employees or contractors will incur no personal account setup fee. There is no regular account maintenance fee applied to our personal bank accounts. A full list of our fees and charges can be found by clicking here.

Yes, your clients, employees or contractors can enjoy the freedom to access their accounts wherever they are, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Clients are able to transfer funds, make payments, check their up-to-date balance and track previous transactions instantly. It's simple, straightforward and secure.
