AIB has a diverse range of Private Clients. They include Global Families, International Entrepreneurs and High Net Worth Individuals. A feature of AIB's Private Client offering is the ability to provide both trust and banking services under one roof. The close working relationship between the bank and trust divisions, enables a more efficient and speedier response than would be provided by separate functions. Our aim is to establish long term relationships where clients will appreciate our discrete and attentive service.
Property Group
No two property professionals are identical. They all have a variety of requirements. These include the provision of funding to help acquire property. They often need trust or company structures to hold these assets tax efficiently. Many property professionals may also consider using a fund structure to help with their development. The Property Group is a specialised area and AIB Jersey has a team of experts who are committed to implementing and administering a wide range of property structures for an international client base.
Banking
AIB Jersey has always had a conservative approach to banking, and we aim to minimise risk by providing traditional relationship banking where the interest of the client is paramount. Although our banking service is diverse, we focus on three core areas: multi-currency private banking services, investment and credit services.

AIBJerseytrust Limited has a diversified client base. Our clients come from all parts of the world, including, Africa, Eastern Europe, India as well as the Middle and Far East, along with our core business of non-domiciled individuals, resident in the UK. Our clients include Global Families with hereditary wealth as well as young dynamic entrepreneurs.
Sports Group
The Sports Group is a specialist team of banking and trust professionals focused on servicing clients involved in the sports industry. We have an in depth knowledge regarding the requirements of professional sports players, including the management of image rights structures. Our traditional Private Client values fit in well with the needs of professional sports people who sometimes have a short period of wealth creation but who need help in the preservation and protection of that wealth for the rest of their lives.
