Jersey is a well regulated and politically stable financial jurisdiction, making this an ideal base for international clients and non-domiciled UK Residents to use for their banking requirements.
AIB Jersey has been operating in Jersey since 1981 and we chose Jersey as our centre for Private Banking for a variety of reasons, including its geographical location, which is equidistant between the Asian and American time zones enabling us to service clients worldwide.
Our clients include Global Families, Entrepreneurs and High Net Worth individuals, who appreciate our conservative style of banking, which is aimed at minimising risk.
We aim to establish long term relationships which help us look after hereditary wealth and succession planning issues, whilst our personal led service also helps us with dynamic entrepreneurs.
Our style of banking is very much tailored to the needs of an individual client. We allocate a team of bankers led by a relationship manager to each client. We do not use call centres; instead a client has direct access to his relationship management team. We do not provide any tax advice; instead we work very closely with our clients existing professional advisers including lawyers and accountants.
We provide a wide range of services including multi-currency Private Banking Facilities, Portfolio Management and Credit Facilities. However, as a solutions led business, we are always very happy to discuss imaginative solutions / alternatives with our client and their advisers.
