We fully respect your right to privacy, and will not collect any personal information about you on this website without your knowledge. Any personal information that you volunteer to us will be treated with high standards of security and strictly in accordance with the Data Protection (Jersey) Law 2005 in Jersey or the Data Protection Act 2002 in the Isle of Man as applicable.

Collection and use of personal information

We do not collect any personal information about you on this website apart from the information that you volunteer (for example by emailing us using the online enquiry form or by registering for the Internet Banking Service). Before collecting such information we will inform you about the purposes for which we will use that information. Any information that you provide in this way will only be used in line with the purposes for which you provided it. 

We will use the information provided on the on-line enquiry form to respond to your query and, in the case of the Internet Banking registration, to enable the internet banking registration process to progress.    

The Data Protection (Jersey) Law 2005 or the Isle of Man Data Protection Act 2002 (depending on the home jurisdiction of your account) give you particular rights and protections in relation to the use of your personal information which include:

  • Your right to fair processing of your personal information
  • Your right of access to your personal information
  • Your right to object to the use of your information for direct marketing purposes

Use of technical information - "Cookies"

Glossary of technical terms used

Cookies - Small pieces of information, stored in simple text files, placed on your computer by a web site. Cookies can be read by the web site on your subsequent visits.
